All payments are processed through Stripe.com, which acts as the merchant of record. Payment processing is subject to Stripe.com's terms and conditions.

12. Refund Policy

Sapoto strives to provide high-quality service. Our refund policy is as follows:

12.1 Trial Period

During the trial period, users can test Sapoto without any charge. No refund is necessary as no payment is taken during this period.

12.2 Subscription Refunds

For paid subscriptions:

• Within 14 days of purchase: You may request a full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws. However, if you have downloaded any documents during this period, the refund may be prorated based on the value received.
• After 14 days: Refunds are generally not provided. However, exceptions may be granted on a case-by-case basis at Sapoto's discretion.

12.3 Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@sapoto.xyz. Please use "Refund Request" as the email subject line and include your order number and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days.

12.4 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
